1) The rate includes a brick bungalow with one room equipped with kitchen and refrigerator, internal bathroom with shower and hot water, small external terrace, internal car park, air conditioning, TV, domestic utilities (water, electricity and gas), sanitization initial and final.
2) The rate does not include the supply of bed linen and towels, beach umbrellas and sunbeds and crockery.
- With reference to the Covid -19 regulations, you will have a space on the beach where you can set up your umbrellas and sunbeds while guaranteeing social distancing measures
- With reference to the anti-contagion regulations due to Covid – 19, the kitchens will not be equipped with dishes.
- The apartment will be delivered without linen and sanitized in order to guarantee the anti-contagion measures due to covid-19
3) Inside the campsite we have a bar and restaurant, the wi-fi service is free, entertainment is not available, and the structure does not have a swimming pool.
4) Upon arrival at the facility, a deposit of € 150.00 will be paid for each accommodation, which will be returned upon departure.
5) In order to avoid queues or gatherings at the cash desks, the use of telematic payment systems will be favoured, you can transfer the balance of the stay at least 3 (three) days before arrival at the facility, or in cash or with cards at check-in.
6) The sanitation of the bungalow for the stay of pets costs €50.00
7) The practice of ludic-sporting activities that can give rise to gatherings and group games (play areas, parties/events) is prohibited.
8) The use of exclusively gas barbecues is also permitted, only with mobile devices kept at a safe distance from adjacent pitches and taking care not to disturb the neighbours. It is not permitted to light fires or use open flames.
9) Cancellation method :
- If the guest cancels the reservation up to 30 days before arrival, he will be entitled to a refund of the deposit;
- In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, no refund will be due.
- In case of no-show at the campsite on the booked day, and/or in case of early departure, the amount of the entire stay will be calculated.
